Building a Green House
It is not difficult to realize a residential house 'green'. Simply present the tropical but-efficient building materials (minimalist). Here are some tips and Nirwono Joga:
- Efficiency of land, building volume, and optimization of function space with several rooms and function together at once, such as living room, money sitting and dining room.
- Doors and windows made of glass width, with the aim of uniting the living area into an inner room (or vice versa), either visually or expansion of space to accommodate a variety of activities.
- The floor and the cement plaster on the feet to feel cool and comfortable occupied.
- The room is open concept with little insulation, but the areas of privacy (such as bedrooms and bathrooms).
- Wall plastering neat cement gives the impression of cold and neutral, terracotta-colored brick walls will warm the atmosphere of the space outside the kitchen or family room terrace. Exposed brick is smooth (easy to absorb water when it rains), the moss that grows will add exotic buildings and softness of natural building, in addition to substantial cost savings for paint or wallpaper.
- The bathroom is made efficient, clean, dry. Can be equipped with skylights (roof tile fiberglass) to warm the space. There are air vents in order not to damp, not full height doors (air can flow), the floor is not slippery (tile rough, small-medium), high ceilings (2.5 to 3 meters).
- Presenting the green spaces outside, inside, up to the top of the building. Benefits as a barrier to solar radiation, refreshing eye view, the stability of the surface temperature (wall) concrete, and save on air conditioning usage.
